The Maine Warm Line is a confidential, non-crisis, peer-to-peer support line available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-866-771-WARM (9276).
The NAMI Maine help line, 1-800-464-5767 - is a confidential non-crisis help line, available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. We can also be reached at 207-622-5767.
We will help you:
- navigate the mental health or criminal justice systems
- understand your rights
- talk through the issues that are of concern
- figure out where to get the assistance you need or who to talk to next
- find a service in Maine or elsewhere
- get information about a law, a program, or a policy
