New UVM Study Finds CBT Surpasses Light Therapy

University of Vermont has released a brand new Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) study, published by the American Journal of Psychiatry:

 

"The ground-breaking UVM study reveals that current, highly popular artificial light therapies—using devices such as full-spectrum light boxes, high intensity desktop lamps, and other pricey lighting units—may no longer endure as the gold standard, at least when it comes to treating everyday SAD."
