NAMI Maine’s Education and Training Programs provide:
- comprehensive, evidence-based information on mental illness in children and adults
- recovery resources, treatment and support for those suffering from mental illness and their families
- information on NAMI Maine, its local affiliates, and the national organization
- the perspective of consumers of mental health treatment and the perspective of families accessing mental health treatment
- other topics related to mental illness and mental health
We offer these trainings to mental health service providers, consumers of mental health services and their families, businesses, schools and the general public. Classes or training sessions are delivered by NAMI staff or other experienced presenters in your local community or place of business.
