2-DAY TEACHER TRAINING

 

Coming to Bangor April 22 - 23, 2017

NAMI Basics is a 6-session educational program for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents under the age of 18 experiencing emerging emotional and behavioral concerns. It covers the fundamentals of self care, family advocacy, open communication and much more!

Become a certified teacher in this national education program!

 

Who can attend?

 

Parents or other primary caregivers of a child who had mental health concerns prior to age 13.

No experience is required!

 What is the cost?

This training is completely free

Meals and snacks are provided to participants throughout the training.

If requested, there are a limited number of double occupancy hotel accommodations and mileage reimbursement available for people coming from Washington, Piscataquis and Somerset Counties.
