Role
Nickie  is responsible for promotion, recruitment and development of respite systems, support and personnel in Kennebec, Somerset, Franklin, Oxford, Androscoggin, Waldo, Knox, Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties.


Bio
Nickie worked for six years as a Therapeutic Support Staff working with children with special needs in Pennsylvania. She worked with children on the autism spectrum, with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity, and Mood Disorder. She is hasher MANDT certification as well as a numberof trainings including: Reactive Attachment Disorder, Sensory Needs, Cultural Competence, HIPAA, Psychotic Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Sexual Abuse, Safety in the Community, Positive Behavior Support, and Connecting With Families.
