Reports to: Public Relations Manager
Job Summary

This position provides daily support to a variety of special projects within NAMI Maine.  The position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable conducting outreach calls, entering data and using computer programs. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, yet detail-oriented individual, who is comfortable with general administrative duties and up for any challenge.

Duties & Responsibilities


Engage in outreach as directed by program leads to fulfill the objectives of each specific grant.

Schedule appointments and meetings in accordance to grant deliverables.

Create flyers and other awareness materials.

Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to projects.

Develop website content.


MHFA Program Implementation

  1. Enter post surveys into database
  2. Register all planned courses on National MHFA website.
  3. Pack training materials, print attendee lists and completion certificates.
  4. Enter all completed evaluation forms into the national database.

High school diploma or GED required.  Must be proficient with MS Outlook and Word and comfortable using other MS Office programs.

Working Conditions

Hours 8:00 am- 1:00 pm. This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
