Suicide Prevention
The Maine Suicide Prevention Program is coordinated by the Injury Prevention Program at Maine CDC within Maine’s DHHS. Program activities are implemented by NAMI Maine in partnership with the Maine Medical Association.
Sources of Strength
Peer Program = Sources of Strength is one of the first suicide prevention programs that uses peer leaders to enhance protective factors associated with reducing suicide at the school population level.
